Document Introduction

This report is the official results memorandum of the annual comprehensive physical examination undergone by U.S. President Donald J. Trump on April 11, 2025, at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The examination was personally conducted and supervised by the President's Physician, Captain Sean P. Barbella, M.D., U.S. Navy, strictly adhering to the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommendations and included consultations with fourteen specialist consultants. The President has consented to the public release of all findings from this examination.

The report details the President's various vital signs and systemic examination results. Vital signs indicate the President's height is 75 inches, weight 224 pounds, resting heart rate 62 beats per minute, blood pressure 128/74 mmHg, oxygen saturation 99%, and body temperature normal. The comprehensive physical examination covered all aspects including ophthalmology, head/ear/nose/throat, neck, lungs, heart, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, musculoskeletal, neurological, and dermatology. The findings overall show no significant abnormalities, only noting a gunshot wound scar on the right ear, mild sun damage and a few benign skin lesions on the skin, as well as previously identified diverticulosis and benign colonic polyps. The neurological assessment was particularly detailed, including the Montreal Cognitive Assessment with a score of 30/30, and screenings with the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 scale, all results falling within the normal range.

The laboratory data section provides detailed blood biochemical and metabolic indicators. The lipid profile shows total cholesterol and LDL levels in the optimal range, with good HDL levels. Complete blood count and comprehensive metabolic panel indicators, including fasting glucose, hemoglobin A1c, liver and kidney function markers, prostate-specific antigen, and thyroid-stimulating hormone, are all within normal reference ranges. Urinalysis results are normal. These data objectively support the conclusion of good metabolic and organ function.

The final section of the report integrates the President's past medical history, surgical history, social history, current medications, and immunization status. His medical history includes well-controlled hypercholesterolemia, seasonal allergies, past COVID-19 infection, rosacea, actinic keratosis, etc. Social history emphasizes his lifelong non-smoking and non-drinking status. Current medications are primarily for cholesterol management and cardiac prevention. All recommended immunizations are up-to-date.

The overall assessment concludes that President Trump is in excellent health, with robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physiological function. His active lifestyle, including participation in numerous meetings, public events, and golf, contributes significantly to his health. Based on the comprehensive medical evaluation, the report explicitly concludes that the President's cognitive and physical health are excellent, and he is fully physically capable of performing the duties of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Head of State.
