On the date, the Party Committee of Shougang Group held a cadre meeting for Shougang Electromechanical. Leaders of Shougang Group, including Hu Xiongguang and Wang Jianwei, the head of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Shougang Group, the head of Shougang Equity Investment, and leaders at the middle and above levels of Shougang Electromechanical, as well as employee representatives, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the head of the Organization Department of the Shougang Group Party Committee announced the decision of the Group Party Committee regarding the adjustment of the leadership team of Shougang Machinery & Electric. After deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Shougang Group Party Committee, it was decided that Comrade Wang Sanheng would be promoted to serve as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Beijing Shougang Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd., and Comrade Li Changxing would be promoted to serve as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager of Beijing Shougang Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd.

In his speech, Hu Xiongguang expressed his affirmation of the operational achievements of Shougang Machinery & Electric, and extended his heartfelt gratitude to all the cadres and employees for their hard work. Regarding the adjustment of leadership personnel and the next steps for Shougang Machinery & Electric, Hu Xiongguang put forward three requirements: first, to uphold the leadership of the Party, fortify the foundation for development, and provide strong support for the enterprise's growth; second, to strengthen the sense of responsibility and commitment, enhance unity and collaboration, and act as the "construction team leader" for Shougang Machinery & Electric; third, to steadfastly adhere to the direction of development, tackle difficulties with full force, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.

Wang Jianwei demanded that all cadres and workers of Shougang Electromechanical should resolutely implement the decisions of the Party Committee of the Group and the Party Committee of Shougang Equity Investment, further enhance their understanding, unify their thoughts, strengthen their confidence, and work together in unity. They should scientifically coordinate all work, ensure the high-standard and high-quality completion of various tasks with a more solid and in-depth style, make unremitting efforts for the transformation and development of Shougang Electromechanical, and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the Group.
