Enhancing the scale and level of writer training, the Lu Xun Institute of Literature expands diverse literary training models, providing more opportunities and better platforms for the growth and success of young writers. Fully leveraging the traction of major literary initiatives, the nurturing role of literary newspapers, periodicals, and online platforms, and the cohesion of writer activity weeks, efforts are made to strengthen the unity and guidance of new literary groups such as online writers and freelance writers, aiming to build a large and promising contingent of young literary talents with a wide range of sources.
