Zhou Xinhua welcomed the attendees in his speech. Zhou Xinhua introduced that Tianheng has been deeply involved in the electromagnetic measurement industry for years, and now possesses the capability for independent research, development, and manufacturing of scientific instruments, general instruments, and large-scale intelligent equipment. Currently, Tianheng's business has spread to multiple countries and regions around the world, serving numerous global users, including national metrology institutes in overseas countries. The company has a total of over employees, with the proportion of R&D personnel exceeding %, and the R&D investment to sales ratio reaching %. The annual sales amount to billions of yuan. Zhou Xinhua stated that this conference, themed "Promoting Intelligent Detection Technology to Support Energy Economic Development," aims to inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the industry by deeply discussing the detection technology, application innovation, and market trends of electrical steel and amorphous alloy materials.
Guo Xiaoming delivered a speech at the meeting, stating that electrical steel and amorphous alloy materials, known as the "pearl on the crown" of the steel industry, are key to achieving the green development strategy and are also important indicators of a country's special steel production and technological development level. With the transformation and upgrading of the global energy structure, electrical steel and amorphous alloy materials have ushered in a new era of high-end, green, and intelligent development. Improving the detection and application technologies of these materials is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the energy economy and building a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient energy system. He hopes that through this symposium, cooperation among the government, enterprises, and research institutions can be further promoted, jointly constructing an open, shared, and collaborative innovation ecosystem.
Zhang Qiuhong stated in her speech that with the increasing market demand for energy efficiency, environmental protection, and high performance, electrical steel and amorphous alloys are developing towards lighter, higher frequency, and more robust directions. This not only raises higher requirements for material performance but also brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the detection and application technology of core materials. Zhang Qiuhong proposed three suggestions for the development of the electrical steel and amorphous alloy industry: first, strengthen basic research to promote technological innovation; second, improve testing standards and focus on green environmental protection; third, vigorously promote international exchanges to enhance the breadth of applications.
In the technical seminar session, Zhou Xing delivered a report titled "Introduction to Testing Standards, Techniques, and Latest Developments Related to Electrical Steel Products," which covered the standard system for electrical steel testing methods, conventional AC magnetic testing methods (Epstein frame, single sheet, magnetostriction), issues to be aware of in conventional AC magnetic measurements (sample preparation, waveform, calibration, reference samples, method comparison), conventional non-magnetic property testing methods (repeated bending, interlaminar resistance, stacking factor), and unconventional AC magnetic testing methods (harmonics, bias magnetic field). Zhou Xinhua presented a report titled "Architecture of the New Generation Magnetic Measurement System for Electrical Steel," introducing the current state of electrical steel testing technology, the new generation of electrical steel magnetic measurement instruments based on architecture, the Tianheng electrical steel testing product system, and new developments in electrical steel testing technology. He emphasized that testing technology has always advanced with the development of applications; the new generation measurement system architecture provides a platform support for creating high-precision, modular, and highly reliable electrical steel testing instruments.
Lecturer Yue Shuaichao from the School of Electrical Engineering, Hebei University of Technology, delivered a report titled "Comprehensive Magnetic Property Testing Simulation and Application of Electrical Magnetic Materials," introducing a typical magnetic property testing system and constructing a comprehensive testing system for electrical magnetic materials and core magnetic properties in complex scenarios. Corresponding models were established to analyze performance, and it was pointed out that there is still significant room for improvement in the energy efficiency and comprehensive performance of electrical equipment.
Xiao Haihang delivered a report titled "Silicon Steel Inspection Technology for Large Power Generation Equipment" at the meeting. The report focused on material magnetism, large power generation equipment, silicon steel application technology, and silicon steel inspection technology, emphasizing the importance of silicon steel inspection. In the afternoon session, Lü Xiangpeng presented a report titled "Transformer Testing and Transformer Core-related Technology Overview," Wang Yue presented a report titled "Manufacturing Process of Ultra-efficient Motor Aluminum Rotors," Xiang Qian, the chief engineer of Wuhan Iron and Steel Quality Inspection Center, presented a report titled "Application and Development of Intelligent Inspection Technology for Electrical Steel," He Xiaoguo, deputy general manager of Hunan Lianggang Electromagnetic Materials Co., Ltd., presented a report titled "High-end Silicon Steel Products and Application Inspection Technology of Lianggang," Xu Yu, deputy director of the Electronic Communication Institute of Hunan Institute of Metrology and Testing, presented a report titled "Inspection of Magnetic Materials and Measurement Instruments," and Tong Dongyan, general manager of Cangzhou Huarun Chemical Co., Ltd., presented a report titled "Optimization of Silicon Steel Rolling Oil Double Reduction."
