II. Amend the first paragraph of Article 65 to read: Persons aged 60 years and above shall not drive large passenger vehicles, heavy tractor-trailers, urban buses, medium-sized passenger vehicles, large trucks, wheeled special mechanical vehicles, trolleybuses, or trams. Those holding driving licenses for large passenger vehicles, heavy tractor-trailers, urban buses, medium-sized passenger vehicles, or large trucks shall apply for a change to a driving license for small cars or small automatic cars at the motor vehicle license issuing authority or another vehicle management office. For those holding a heavy tractor-trailer driving license, the qualification for light tractor-trailers may be retained. Article 3: Amend item 10 of the first paragraph of Article 79 to read: (10) Individuals aged 60 years or older, holding a motor vehicle driver's license that only authorizes the operation of special wheeled machinery, trolley buses, or tramcars, and have not been approved by the vehicle management office to defer their application; or individuals aged 60 years or older, holding a motor vehicle driver's license that only authorizes the operation of low-speed goods vehicles or tricycles.

Article 4: Amend the first item of the second paragraph of Article 87 to read: (1) Possess a valid driving license for the appropriate vehicle category and have at least three years of driving experience, with age meeting the national qualifications for school bus drivers.

Article 5: Amend the second item of the first paragraph of Article 92 to read: (2) Exceeding the national age limit for school bus driving qualifications.

This decision shall be implemented as of the date of year and month. The "Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses" shall be correspondingly amended in accordance with this decision and reissued.
