Third, support for Africa's development. In September, I announced at the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation the Ten Major Plans for China and Africa to jointly advance modernization over the next three years, and provided RMB 10 billion in funding support for this purpose.

Fourth, support international cooperation on poverty reduction and food security. China has decided to join the "Global Alliance to Combat Hunger and Poverty," support the continued holding of the G20 Development Ministers' Meeting, and will continue to host the International Conference on Food Loss Reduction.

Fifth, China, together with Brazil, South Africa, and the African Union, jointly initiated the "International Cooperation Initiative on Open Science," aiming to ensure that global technological innovations benefit the "Global South" more extensively.

Sixth, support the G20 in conducting practical cooperation that benefits the "Global South," make good use of the outcomes such as the "Roadmap for Increasing Clean Energy Investment in Developing Countries" and the "High-Level Principles for the Bioeconomy," support the work of the G20 Entrepreneurship Research Center based in Beijing, and encourage cooperation in areas such as digital education, museum digitization, and ancient book digitization.

Seventh, implement the G20 "Anti-Corruption Action Plan," strengthen cooperation with developing countries in areas such as extradition and asset recovery, rejecting safe havens for corruption, and anti-corruption capacity building.

Eighth, China will improve the institutional mechanisms for high-level opening-up and expand unilateral openness to the least developed countries. China has already announced zero tariffs on % of tariff lines for products from all least developed countries that have diplomatic relations with China. From now until the year, China's cumulative imports from developing countries are expected to exceed $1 trillion.
