2024年3月21日，四川省成都市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了Ji Guogang, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Tibet Autonomous Region受贿、国有公司人员滥用职权一案。

四川省成都市人民检察院起诉指控：2002年至2022年，被告人纪国刚利用担任原国家发展计划委员会投资司助理巡视员，国家发展和改革委员会固定资产投资司助理巡视员、副司长，西藏自治区人民政府党组成员，西藏自治区发展和改革委员会党组书记、主任，西藏开发投资集团有限公司董事长，西藏自治区人大常委会副主任等职务上的便利，或利用其职权、地位形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，在工程承揽、项目审批、股权转让等方面为有关单位和个人谋取利益， Illegal receipt of property directly or through his relatives totaled more than RMB 43.98 million 。2016年至2021年，纪国刚担任西藏开发投资集团有限公司董事长、法定代表人期间，身为国有公司工作人员，徇私舞弊，滥用职权，致使国家利益遭受特别重大损失。检察机关提请以受贿罪、国有公司人员滥用职权罪追究纪国刚的刑事责任。

During the trial, the procuratorate presented relevant evidence, the defendant Ji Guogang and his defender conducted cross-examination, and the prosecution and the defense fully expressed their opinions under the auspices of the court. Ji Guogang made a final statement and expressed his guilt and remorse in court. At the end of the hearing, the court adjourned and pronounced an elective sentence.

More than 40 deputies to the National People's Congress, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and people from all walks of life attended the trial.
