4月3日，深圳能源发布公告称，公司董事会于4月2日收到公司副总裁许云飞先生的书面辞职报告。Mr. Xu Yunfei resigned as Vice President of the company due to job changes 。辞职后，许云飞先生将不再担任公司及公司控股子公司任何职务。

According to official website information, Shenzhen Energy was established in June 1991 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September 1993. It is the first large-scale joint-stock enterprise in the national power industry to be listed in Shenzhen. As of the end of June 2023, Shenzhen Energy's total assets were 153.604 billion yuan, and its parent net assets were 47.537 billion yuan.
