In the car purchase link, according to the arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, various departments launched both financial support and financial support. some time ago, the people's Bank of China and the General Administration of Financial Supervision issued support policies on auto loans. insurance institutions will also further enrich auto insurance products and services; in the use of cars, the Ministry of Commerce will work with relevant departments to improve infrastructure such as charging (changing) electricity, parking, intelligent transportation, etc. In terms of car sales, in the link of second-hand car trading, the Ministry of Commerce, together with relevant departments, continues to promote the abolition of restrictions on the relocation of second-hand cars nationwide, innovatively promulgates a reverse invoice policy for second-hand car transactions, and supports the development of a second-hand car information inquiry platform. promote car transparency and fair prices; scrap disassembly links, promote door-to-door car collection service model, and facilitate car owners to deliver cars.

The second is to change home appliances to "smart" appliances. Focus on removing all the bottlenecks in the home appliance trade-in chain, with the key point being to improve the convenience of replacing new appliances for urban and rural residents. Central government finances will provide funding support for projects including construction of a modern commercial circulation system, construction of county-level commercial systems, and construction of recycling systems for renewable resources such as obsolete home appliances. They will also improve obsolete home appliance recycling networks, arrange recycling outlets rationally, and may use a reverse invoicing policy. Places with the right conditions will be encouraged to provide subsidies for consumers who purchase green smart home appliances, and home appliance companies will be supported in providing discounts to consumers who trade in old appliances for energy-efficient appliances. Work will be accelerated to formulate and revise standards such as valuation and evaluation rules for obsolete home appliances and recycling specifications. The action plan for improving home appliance after-sales service will be implemented in depth.

Third, renew home decoration, kitchens, and bathrooms. Encourage all localities to support the renovation of old houses, partial upgrades and renovations of kitchens and bathrooms, and the renovation of homes for the elderly. Encourage model rooms to enter communities, shopping malls, and platforms. Expand the application scenarios of smart homes, encourage enterprises to launch online and offline home decoration model rooms, improve the interconnection standards of smart homes, improve the credit evaluation system of the home furnishing industry, and carry out the "Honest Home Decoration into Communities" activity.

Xu Xingfeng said that this year's government work report proposes that 2024 is the "Year of Promoting Consumption". The Ministry of Commerce will organize a large number of promotional activities.
