Song Hongkun, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1970, native of Weihai, Shandong (born in Yancheng, Jiangsu). He began working in March 1995, has a graduate degree and a doctorate in engineering. He is a senior engineer and joined the Communist Party of China in February 1995.
In August 2021, he became the secretary of the party group and director of the Hubei Supervision Bureau of the National Energy Administration.
