case 2:On March 8, 2024, when the Emergency Management Bureau of Beipiao City, Liaoning Province inspected a mining company in Beipiao City, it found that the safety monitoring and monitoring system had no backup host, the monitoring system was not operating normally, and historical data could not be retrieved, and the personnel positioning system could not retrieve historical data; portable gas detectors could not detect nitrogen dioxide and did not obtain safety signs for mining products; The personnel positioning system and communication system are only laid to the head gate of the third and seventh middle sections, and are not extended deep into the personnel operation site; the wind speed in the transportation lane of the third middle section is zero, and the wind speed in the stope of the third middle section is zero; there are 5 major accident hazards such as the safety door on one side not being interlocked with the hoist. The above-mentioned acts violated the provisions of Article 36, paragraph 1, and Article 41, paragraph 2, of the "Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China". In accordance with Article 99,(2), Article 102 and Article 94, paragraph 1, the enterprise was fined 82,000 yuan and the relevant responsible person was fined 21,000 yuan.

case 3:On January 26, 2024, when the Emergency Management Bureau of Jining City, Shandong Province conducted a law enforcement inspection of a mining company in Wenshang County, it was found that the three-level safety education papers of four employees used other people's training papers, and two full-time technicians were not provided. Three-level safety education and training, no protective fence was set on the north side of the K19 slope sump in the Kuangqu, no safety warning sign of "Beware of Electric Shock" was set on the K19 south distribution cabinet in the mining area, and the door of the K21 west distribution box in the mining area was missing. The above-mentioned behavior violated the relevant provisions of the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Discretionary Standards for Administrative Punishments for Production Safety in Shandong Province, five illegal facts were combined and punished, and the enterprise was fined 75,000 yuan.
