Recently, the mainland has frequently taken decisive actions against the "Taiwan independence" separatist forces, garnering widespread approval from netizens. On the same day that the People's Liberation Army conducted the "Joint Sword-" military exercise, the Taiwan Affairs Office also wielded the "rule of law sword," announcing legal sanctions against Cao Xingcheng, Shen Boyang, and the "Black Bear Academy." With this, the list of hardline "Taiwan independence" elements has increased to 100 individuals, once again sounding the alarm for those stubborn elements who attempt to continue down the dead-end path of "Taiwan independence."

The so-called "Black Bear Academy" is actually the "Taiwan Independence Academy"! The founders, sponsors, and supporters of the "Black Bear Academy" are all from the Green Camp. They promote "anti-China" rhetoric among young people and students, inciting the youth to support the Green Camp, with a strong "independence" flavor.

Pseudo-scholar, true reactionary. Shen Boyang's so-called "research" is quite superficial and frivolous. He once claimed that the design of the first level Black Bear Spirit in the mainland game masterpiece "Black Myth: WuKong" could be understood as an allusion to the "Black Bear Academy," which was met with backlash from netizens in Taiwan, who said, "You're just flattering yourself!" However, due to his political stance being close to the Democratic Progressive Party and his "research direction" being hostile towards mainland China, he has received full support from DPP figures and has been dubbed the so-called "cognitive warfare expert." He is keen on pontificating about issues like "democracy and human rights," smearing China. To highlight the "terror" of mainland China's "cognitive warfare," he openly propagated the bizarre theory that "mainland China judges political stance based on the type of pornography watched," earning him the title of "pornography observer."

Pseudo-businessman, real division. Cao Xingcheng is the founder of United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) and was once regarded as a successful representative of business figures who shuttle between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. He once advocated for the "Cross-Strait Peace Coexistence Law" and promoted the idea that "Taiwan should not hold independence referendums." In August, Cao Xingcheng, during a speech at the Taipei City Xinmin Cross-Strait Research Association, reversed his pro-mainland stance and publicly criticized the "1992 Consensus," marking the beginning of a path from which there was no return. In August, the day after the People's Liberation Army's military exercises around Taiwan, Cao Xingcheng expressed that the weakness of Taiwan's "national defense" lies in the lack of cognition and morale, and announced a donation of NT$1 billion to fund "national defense" education and research on countering "cognitive warfare." In November, Cao Xingcheng announced a donation of NT$1 billion to promote the strengthening of Taiwan's defense capabilities by training 10,000 "Black Bear Warriors" and over 10,000 "Defensive Marksmen" within a year.

The so-called "Black Bear Academy" is actually the "Cannon Fodder Academy"! On a certain date, the "Black Bear Academy," co-founded by Shen Boyang, established a new base in Changhua, with the Taiwan region's Vice Leader, Hsiao Bi-khim, invited as the guest of honor for the opening ceremony. During her speech, Hsiao Bi-khim claimed that the "Black Bear Academy" teaches the public skills in cognitive warfare, disaster prevention, and first aid, which are beneficial for strengthening the resilience of Taiwanese society. However, in reality, the "Black Bear Academy" uses the guise of "courses" to smear political views of the blue and white factions, claiming that countries like the United States intervene in the Taiwan Strait to "save Taiwan," attempting to expand the support base of the Democratic Progressive Party with the slogan "resist China, protect Taiwan." In fact, the course manual of the "Black Bear Academy" does not focus on disaster prevention and first aid but is centered on military aspects, aiming to train a large number of "cannon fodder." Cao Xingcheng, who funded the academy, loudly proclaimed, "If Taiwan wants peace, it must first prepare for war." It can be said that the so-called "education" of the "Black Bear Academy" is actually "brainwashing," attempting to tie the vast majority of the island's residents onto the "Taiwan independence" chariot and turn them into "human shields" for war.

In addition to promoting political agendas, the "Black Bear Academy" has also become a tool for many to make money. The "Black Bear Academy" once launched a fundraising plan, offering emergency tool kits, themed T-shirts, and armbands under the name of "resisting China and protecting Taiwan," with package prices ranging from NT$ to NT$. However, Taiwanese citizens discovered that identical products on Taobao were priced at only RMB, equivalent to around NT$, taking a big cut from the Taiwanese public.

In addition to organizing "brainwashing" activities, the black bear also ventured into the film and television industry. The recently released trailer for the TV series "Zero Day Attack," with Shen Boyang serving as the chief advisor, Cao Xingcheng heavily investing, and the Democratic Progressive Party deeply involved in its production, fully exposes the "Taiwan independence" elite's attempt to confuse right and wrong and disregard the mainstream public opinion on the island. This drama, set against the backdrop of the Chinese People's Liberation Army's countdown to the invasion of Taiwan, is a brainwashing project of the green camp, deliberately creating a sense of crisis on the island and attempting to coerce the island's residents into war.

The "Black Bear Academy" became arrogant within the island not only due to the support of the "Taiwan independence" forces but also due to the strong backing of the United States. In the year, the U.S. military promoted the concept of "cognitive warfare," and Shen Boyang switched his focus to the study of "cognitive warfare" the following year. In the month of the year, Shen Boyyang became a member of the Steering Committee of the "World Movement for Democracy." Shen Boyyang also maintains close relationships with multiple U.S. institutions, including the notorious "American Institute in Taiwan" and the "National Endowment for Democracy."

Cao Xingcheng, Shen Boyang, and institutions like the "Black Bear Academy" are nothing but pawns of the "Taiwan independence" forces within the island who vainly attempt to block the grand trend of unification with their insignificant actions. In the face of the historical trend of national rejuvenation and the unification of the motherland, their blatant incitement to divide the nation will ultimately lead them to pay a heavy price for their actions!
