韩国国情院表示，已获知相关情况，确认本月8日至13日已有部分朝鲜士兵通过俄罗斯海军舰艇抵达俄罗斯境内。据国情院消息，首批1500名已抵达俄罗斯的朝鲜士兵Arriving in Vladivostok, Russia, from the northern Korean cities of Chongjin, Hamhung, and Musudan-ri, aboard naval vessels belonging to the Russian Pacific Fleet.，预计在展开适应性训练后投入俄乌作战前线。
18日，韩国总统尹锡悦主持召开紧急安保会议。The South Korean presidential office stated that South Korea has been closely monitoring the developments related to North Korea's dispatch of troops to Russia, and will continue to closely monitor the situation and actively take measures in response.
