Call for Papers: Xinhua Think Tank Research
"Xinhua Think Tank Research" is dedicated to showcasing the research achievements of Xinhua News Agency's national high-end think tank and various other think tanks, publishing academic articles exploring the laws of think tank construction, creating a platform for cooperation and exchange between Chinese and foreign think tanks, and contributing to the development of a new type of Chinese think tank with Chinese characteristics.
This publication features columns such as Think Tank Reports, Think Tank Development, Opinions Digest, International Think Tanks, and Think Tank Trends. Specific introductions are as follows:
Think Tank Report: Focusing on the significant special research achievements of think tanks, publishing think tank research reports.
Think Tank Development: Focusing on the exploration of the laws and experiences of building new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics, showcasing industry research achievements.
Viewpoint Digest: Focusing on Policy Advice, Showcasing Opinions and Commentary Articles from Domestic Think Tank Experts and Scholars.
International Think Tanks: Focusing on overseas think tanks, publishing relevant experiences in think tank construction and research findings on China.
Think Tank Updates: Showcasing the Latest Trends in the Development of Domestic and International Think Tanks.
Submissions should be well-reasoned and well-supported, incorporating both theoretical analysis and practical case studies, while adhering to the stylistic conventions of academic articles.
The article should ideally be around 1,000 words. Essays discussing significant theoretical issues or important academic topics may be slightly longer.
Please attach a Chinese abstract (about 500 characters), keywords (3-5), and an author introduction (including name, work unit, and title) before the article text. If the article is a research fund project, please specify the project name and project number; only one fund project should be retained.
The article does not distinguish between notes and references; both are placed at the end of the text in the form of endnotes.
The writing guidelines for references are as follows: 1. Monograph: Main author, title of the work, place of publication: publisher, year of publication, page range. 2. Translated work: Original title, title of the work, translator's name, place of publication: publisher, year of publication, page range. 3. Journal article: Main author, title of the article, journal name, year, volume (issue), page range. 4. Newspaper article: Main author, title of the article, newspaper name, edition number, publication date. 5. Extracted document from a monograph: Main author of the extracted document, title of the extracted document, main author of the monograph, title of the monograph, place of publication: publisher, year of publication, page range of the extracted document.
Cite the works of classical Marxist authors, using the latest edition published by the People's Publishing House.
Foreign language monographs and journal articles should use the original foreign language text. Foreign book titles should be italicized, as should magazine names. The publication location must be indicated for monographs. Do not use Chinese to describe foreign language content.
Cite online articles as follows: Meituan's "Meituan Corporate Social Responsibility Report", //../, last accessed on [Year-Month-Day].
Submissions should be original works, free from plagiarism, academic misconduct, and infringement of intellectual property rights. Once an article is accepted, the copyright belongs to the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to modify, edit, and publish the article.
