Kim Jong-un emphasized that the impact of the South Korea-U.S. alliance and various aggressive military actions by enemies on North Korea's national security underscores the importance and correctness of strengthening the nation's nuclear deterrence.

Kim Jong-un emphasized that the Korean People's Army must recognize the fact that South Korea is a foreign and hostile nation, and that the North has completely destroyed and severed the roads and railways connecting South Korean territory. This not only signifies physical closure but also the eradication of the consciousness of kinship and the recognition of unification. The North has thus made its final declaration that, in the future, any infringement of North Korean sovereignty by South Korea will result in the North's military force being unrestrained by any conditions.
