昆明长丰学校食堂肉品异味系运输及存储不当导致 多人被处理
云南省昆明市官渡区人民政府新闻办公室10月19日发布通报称，针对网上反映的昆明市官渡区长丰学校食品安全问题，经过联合调查组调查，该批次鲜猪肉片判定为不合格，确为因运输及存储不当导致变质变臭；学校对食堂承包经营企业的经营资质审查及管理不到位，已对学校、涉事企业、相关责任单位和干部依法依规进行处置。

According to the notification, on the specified date, the Guandu District Market Supervision, Education, Physical Culture, and Public Security departments formed a joint investigation team to investigate the food safety issues at Changfeng School. The investigation found that the fresh pork slices in the school cafeteria had deteriorated due to improper transportation and storage, with volatile basic nitrogen levels exceeding the standard, thus deemed不合格. Additionally, the "expired imported frozen beef" mentioned by parents was actually the registration number of the foreign food production enterprise, not the production date. The production date of this batch of imported frozen beef was in the specified month and year, with a shelf life of one year.

The joint investigation team concluded that Yunnan Runsheng Property Services Co., Ltd., the contractor for the cafeteria at Changfeng School, engaged in unauthorized operations without the required qualifications and failed to comply with regulations regarding changes in business projects. The school itself did not fulfill its responsibilities in food safety management as required, inadequately managed the contracted business enterprise, and exhibited issues such as formalization of management systems.

According to the report, local authorities have taken legal and regulatory actions against the school, the involved enterprise, relevant units, and officials: the principal and the legal representative of the school have been dismissed; the school's operation of substandard food has been fined 10,000 yuan; the cafeteria contracting enterprise's failure to apply for changes in its business project as required has resulted in an order to cease operations, confiscation of illegal income of 10,000 yuan, and a fine of 10,000 yuan, along with an order to rectify and a fine of 10,000 yuan for its operation of substandard food; the director of the Guandu District Education and Sports Bureau, the deputy director in charge of the district's education and sports bureau, and the deputy director in charge of the district's market supervision administration have been placed under suspension for inspection.
