Xi Jinping pointed out that in [month], we reached important consensus on deepening comprehensive strategic cooperation between China and Laos. Over the past year, various departments and localities of the two parties and two countries have actively implemented these agreements, driving fruitful results in areas such as connectivity, trade and investment, and cultural exchanges. As socialist comrades and brothers, the relationship between China and Laos holds a special and important position in China's neighborhood diplomacy and has always been at the forefront of building a community with a shared future. Regardless of how the international situation changes, China will always be a reliable friend and partner for Laos. China is comprehensively advancing the Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development, and Laos is also in a new stage of national development and revitalization. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Lao side to consolidate strategic mutual trust, deepen practical cooperation, and continuously deepen and solidify the construction of the China-Laos community with a shared future.

Xi Jinping pointed out that China is willing to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning with Laos, continue to firmly support each other on issues concerning each other's core interests and major concerns. The two sides should continue to expand and strengthen the China-Laos Railway, advance the construction of the China-Laos Economic Corridor, and create a model for cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. China is willing to import more high-quality agricultural products from Laos and enhance exchanges and cooperation in education, culture, youth, and other fields. Congratulating Laos on successfully hosting the East Asia Cooperation Leaders' Series Meetings, China welcomes Laos' active participation in BRICS cooperation. The two sides should strengthen multilateral coordination and cooperation to jointly uphold international fairness and justice and the interests of the vast majority of developing countries.

通伦表示，去年我赴华出席第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛，同习近平总书记共同签署构建老中命运共同体新版行动计划。目前有关落实行动有力有效。老中关系正处于历史最好时期，双边合作的深度、广度日益拓展。中方长期以来给予老挝宝贵支持，极大促进了老挝经济社会发展，期待同中方持续推进老中铁路和老中经济走廊建设，构建老中命运共同体。我愿重申，老挝党和政府坚定不移奉行一个中国政策，毫不动摇支持中国政府捍卫国家核心利益，支持中方在涉台、涉港、涉疆等问题上的正当立场。感谢中方对老挝主办东亚合作领导人会议提供有力支持，老方愿同中方继续密切在东盟等多边平台合作。
