Not long ago, during your visit to China, we exchanged views on advancing the comprehensive strategic cooperation between China and Vietnam, agreeing to grasp the development of China-Vietnam relations from a strategic height, play a leading role in setting the direction, and ensure that bilateral relations progress along the correct path. Both sides should jointly implement the high-level consensus between the two parties and two countries, promote more practical results in the comprehensive strategic cooperation between China and Vietnam, and support the modernization processes of both nations.
