Feedback on the completion of the third round of inspections by the 20th Central Committee
In accordance with the deployment of the Party Central Committee, the feedback process for the third round of inspections under the 20th Central Committee has been fully completed recently. This round of inspection feedback was conducted through a combination of centralized feedback and "one-on-one" feedback by the inspection teams.
Recently, individual central inspection teams conducted "one-on-one" feedback to the Party committees (Party groups) of the central and national institutions, as well as state-owned financial enterprises under central management, that were inspected in this round. In accordance with the arrangements of the central inspection work, each central inspection team informed the main leaders of the inspected Party organizations about the prominent issues discovered during the inspection and provided feedback on the inspection findings to the leadership teams.
The feedback sternly points out the issues within the party organizations under inspection. Some have gaps in fulfilling their functional responsibilities, implementing the decisions of the Party Central Committee insufficiently, and executing reform measures not thoroughly. Some have shortcomings in balancing development and security, with weak risk awareness and inadequate prevention mechanisms. Some have not advanced the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party with sufficient force, with prominent integrity risks in key areas and ongoing issues of violating the Party Central Committee's eight-point regulations. Some have inadequate leadership and cadre development, with relatively weak grassroots party organization construction.
Feedback emphasizes that inspections reveal issues ultimately to solve them. The Party organizations under inspection must treat inspection rectification as a serious political task, enhancing party spirit, strengthening responsibility, and fulfilling duties. The "first person in charge" bears overall responsibility, while team members implement the "one post, dual responsibilities," using the actual actions of rectification to test political judgment, political understanding, and political execution. Inspection rectification should be seen as a favorable opportunity to drive reform and development, strengthening the intrinsic motivation for rectification, seizing opportunities, and ensuring that issues are addressed thoroughly. Inspection rectification should also serve as an important means to strengthen Party leadership and comprehensively enforce strict Party governance, adopting a thorough self-revolutionary spirit, confronting issues head-on, digging deep into the root causes, and prescribing the right medicine to continuously enhance the Party's leadership, organizational capabilities, and combat effectiveness.
Feedback requirements: The discipline inspection and supervision organs and organization departments should strengthen the daily supervision of rectification, urge rectification with real actions and tough measures. They should focus on key individuals and key matters, and seriously hold accountable those who engage in perfunctory or false rectification. Efforts should be made to strengthen the overall planning for the construction of leading bodies, and to promote the resolution of prominent issues in the construction of the cadre team and grassroots party organizations. Relevant functional departments should fully utilize the outcomes of inspections, and conduct in-depth research to address common and deep-seated issues identified during inspections. The inspection institutions should strengthen the overall coordination and follow-up supervision of rectification work, and promptly report important situations to the Party Central Committee.
It is understood that the Central Inspection Team has also received reports of issues involving some leading cadres, and has transferred the relevant clues to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the National Supervisory Commission, the Organization Department of the Central Committee, and other relevant departments for handling in accordance with regulations.
