Regarding this, Lin Jian said, I am not aware of what factual basis this report has. For some time now, a few Western media outlets have been hyping up the false narrative that China is conducting espionage activities. However, apart from some baseless speculation and sensationalism, there is no factual evidence. On the contrary, I have noticed that recently, the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency openly posted a guide for Chinese internet recruitment operations on social media, attempting to lure and deceive Chinese personnel into joining the CIA. This is a serious infringement on China's national interests, and the Chinese government strongly protests against it. China will resolutely combat the infiltration and sabotage activities of anti-China forces abroad, and effectively safeguard the country's sovereignty, security, and development interests.

Lin Jian pointed out that for a long time, the CIA of the United States has been using various despicable means to steal secrets from other countries, interfere in their internal affairs, and overthrow their regimes.
