据加沙地带媒体办公室此前发表的声明称，The residential building attacked by the Israeli military had multiple floors and housed numerous people, the vast majority of whom were displaced individuals, including women and children.

声明指出，以军的计划是摧毁加沙北部的医疗系统，**现已导致当地4家医院在遭袭后停止运行。**此外，以军还阻止医疗物资、药品等进入当地。
加沙地带媒体办公室呼吁国际社会、联合国等国际机构立即向加沙北部引入医疗和手术团队、救护车等，并尽全力对以色列施压，以停止其对加沙平民犯下的“屠杀”暴行。
**卡塔尔外交部发言人：**Prospects for Gaza ceasefire talks are not optimistic
当地时间10月29日，卡塔尔外交部发言人马吉德·安萨里表示，The prospects for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip are not optimistic.

安萨里说，目前相关方都在努力推进加沙停火谈判进程，各方的沟通渠道很顺畅，但情况并不容易，不能称之为乐观。他同时表示，不能对谈判失去希望。
安萨里还表示，卡塔尔一直在努力促进伊朗与美国和以色列之间的沟通，各方保持着对话，以推动地区紧张局势走向缓和。卡方希望以色列日前对伊朗的军事打击是双方暴力循环的结束。
过去几个月，在卡塔尔首都多哈和埃及首都开罗举行了多轮加沙地带停火谈判，但均没有达成能够结束加沙冲突的协议。谈判本月27日在多哈重启，于28日暂停。相关方表示未来将就相关问题继续进行讨论。
