We have noted the announcement released by the European side. China has repeatedly pointed out that the EU's anti-subsidy investigation into Chinese electric vehicles is riddled with unreasonable and non-compliant aspects, and is a protectionist practice that uses the guise of "fair competition" to engage in "unfair competition."

China does not agree with and does not accept the ruling and has initiated a lawsuit under the WTO dispute settlement mechanism. China will continue to take all necessary measures to resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises.

At the same time, we have also noted that the European side has expressed its intention to continue consultations with China on the price undertaking. China has consistently advocated resolving trade disputes through dialogue and consultation, and has been making the utmost efforts in this regard.

Currently, both technical teams are engaged in the next phase of consultations. It is hoped that the European side will adopt a constructive attitude and work together with China to advance, adhering to the principles of "practicality and balance," taking into account each other's core concerns, and reaching a mutually acceptable solution as soon as possible to prevent the escalation of trade friction.
