From the 15th to the 17th, the final of the Hebei Provincial Workers' Vocational Skills Competition - Blast Furnace Ironmaking Division, jointly organized by the Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and other five departments, was grandly held at HBIS Handan Iron and Steel Company. A total of 100 elite ironmaking talents from 25 steel enterprises across the province gathered together for an exciting contest of skills.

In this highly anticipated competition, the Jingye Group team secured the fourth place in the group category with outstanding performance. Meanwhile, contestant Xin Yuan clinched the second place in the individual category, showcasing the superb skills and unwavering pursuit of excellence of Jingye employees.

Since receiving the competition notice on the specified date, Jingye Group has placed great emphasis on the matter. Recognizing that Jingye Group is participating in such a skills competition for the first time and lacks practical experience, Vice President Li Baoliang requested Director Jia Xian of the Ironmaking Management Center to take full responsibility for the selection of contestants and preparation for the competition. Through pre-competition training, multiple rounds of selection, and semi-final screening, a team was eventually formed, consisting of Zhang Chaomin as the technical advisor, and three elite members: Xin Yuan, Zhao Bingxu, and Song Zhandong. They represented Jingye Group in the final round.

On the specified date, the finals of the blast furnace ironmaking competition were officially held. Over the course of two intense days, the team from Jingye Group, with their solid theoretical knowledge, superb operational skills, and outstanding teamwork, earned high praise from the judges and peers, securing the team's fourth place. Xinyuan, a contestant, also stood out with his exceptional individual performance, winning the second place in the individual category.
