President Xi Jinping has articulated, "All our efforts to improve and refine are about moving forward along the established direction, not about changing course, and certainly not about abandoning the fundamental principles that our Party, country, and people rely on for survival." He also emphasizes that upholding integrity "does not mean clinging to outdated methods; it must evolve and keep pace with the times, otherwise it becomes rigid, outdated, and obsolete," and that "we must unify the principles of upholding integrity and fostering innovation." Only by upholding integrity can we avoid losing our way and making catastrophic errors; only through innovation can we grasp and lead the times. Upholding integrity and fostering innovation complement each other, embodying the dialectical unity of "change and constancy," inheritance and development, principle and creativity.
