涟钢国内首发60Si2Mn冷轧宽幅板卷
近日,涟钢成功实现国内首发60Si2Mn冷轧宽幅板卷,标志着涟钢在国内中高碳钢产品研发方面再次开辟出新赛道。据悉,60Si2Mn是一种高碳硅锰弹簧钢,因其具有高强度、良好的回弹性和抗疲劳性能,被广泛应用于汽车、铁路、机械工程等领域的悬挂弹簧、防撞条、变形臂等关键部件。

The product form has long been primarily narrow strip steel and bar/wire products. In China, only a few enterprises are capable of producing hot-rolled coil form, while the cold-rolled coil form has remained a blank. The production of this product is extremely difficult, with strict requirements for the cleanliness of the molten steel. Impurities and gas content in the molten steel can affect the fatigue resistance and service life of the finished product.

During the research and development process, the company's technical personnel faced numerous challenges, such as extremely high hot rolling loads, making it the steel grade with the largest millimeter-level width rolling force at Lianggang, as well as high sensitivity to cracking, segregation during continuous casting, difficulty in controlling plate shape, crown, and wedge, coil breakage during uncoiling, and easy decarburization. After prolonged exploration and efforts, the company's technical team ultimately overcame these difficulties and successfully developed hot-rolled and cold-rolled coil plates.

In addition, to meet customer customization needs, the company's technical staff conducted trial production of a new batch of products after adjusting the process, successfully resolving the issue of inconsistent coloration after chemical oxidation of cold-rolled wide strip coils. After customer trials, all product indicators met the requirements. Medium-high carbon strip steel is a product with relatively high demand in the domestic market. This successful development and trial use demonstrate Liangang's innovative capabilities and technical level in the field of steel material research and development, which is of great significance for further enhancing the competitiveness and brand influence of Liangang's medium-high carbon products.

10月30日,中国宝武新钢1号烧结机热负荷试车成功,标志着全球最大、绿色环保、工艺先进的烧结机进入试生产阶段。1号烧结机作为新钢原4号、5号烧结机超低排放改造主要项目,于2023年8月31日开工建设,投资达16亿元,是满足当前国家超低排放要求、落实“双碳”战略而上马的技改项目。该项目建成后将淘汰新钢落后烧结产能。

These technologies effectively enhance the quality of sintered ore production and the efficiency of the process, with actual pollutant emission concentrations meeting national ultra-low emission requirements and environmental standards for Class A enterprises. This makes it a technologically advanced, well-equipped, energy-efficient, and low-consumption intelligent sintering system, accelerating the energy conservation, emission reduction, efficiency enhancement, and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the new steel plant.
