According to the WeChat official account of the Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the spokesperson of the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands commented on the visit of a delegation from the Dutch Parliament to Taiwan.

**荷兰议会二院一些议员不顾中方反对，执意窜访中国台湾地区。**This is a blatant violation of the One-China principle, a crude interference in China's internal affairs, and sends a serious wrong signal to the "Taiwan independence" separatist forces. The Chinese side resolutely opposes this.
世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分，中华人民共和国政府是代表全中国的唯一合法政府。一个中国原则是公认的国际关系基本准则和国际社会普遍共识，也是中荷建立和发展外交关系的政治基础。荷兰议会作为国家权力机构，不应与中国台湾地区进行任何官方往来。China urges the Dutch side to earnestly adhere to the One-China principle, cease any actions that interfere in China's internal affairs, immediately take effective measures to eliminate the adverse effects, and take concrete actions to safeguard the overall development of China-Netherlands relations.
