He combined the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th CPC Central Committee's Third Plenary Session to continuously advance the construction of a clean and honest political ecology in the steel association system, and put forward several requirements for the system's disciplinary inspection work: first, to consolidate and deepen the achievements of party discipline learning and education, continuously transforming them into a powerful driving force for high-quality development; second, to learn from past mistakes, sound the alarm, and continuously build a strong ideological and moral defense against corruption among the broad cadres and party members; third, to guide the high-quality development of the steel association system's disciplinary inspection work with the spirit of the 20th CPC Central Committee's Third Plenary Session. He said that it is necessary to strengthen political supervision to ensure the effective implementation of the Party Central Committee's decisions and arrangements; to improve the supervision mechanism to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of supervision; to deepen the construction of work styles to create a clean and honest political ecology; and to strengthen the team building to forge a loyal, clean, and responsible disciplinary inspection iron army for the steel association.
