Ministries and Commissions of Industry and Information Technology, Development and Reform, Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Agriculture and Animal Husbandry) Departments (Bureaus, Committees), Commerce Departments, and Energy Departments of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities specifically designated in the state plan:

In order to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, accelerate the efforts to address the shortcomings in the consumption and use of new energy vehicles in rural areas, empower the construction of beautiful countryside and rural revitalization, and in accordance with the work deployment to promote large-scale equipment updates and the replacement of consumer goods, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, and the National Energy Administration have organized the collection and screening of the second batch of new energy vehicle models for rural areas, forming the "Directory of New Energy Vehicle Models for Rural Areas (Second Batch)". This document is now issued to you for the organization and implementation of relevant activities.
