Li Ziqi, originally named Li Jiajia, was born in Mianyang, Sichuan Province. She is a well-known food short video blogger, and as of now, she has over 100 million followers across all platforms.

In the year, Li Ziqi began filming short videos themed around food. In the month of the year, Li Ziqi experienced her first viral short video, "Lanzhou Beef Noodles," which marked the beginning of her rise to fame. As her popularity surged, an unending stream of work offers flooded in, with dozens of advertisers approaching her every day at that time.

On [Date], Li Jiajia (Li Ziqi) and Hangzhou Weinian Technology Co., Ltd. jointly established Sichuan Ziqi Culture Communication Co., Ltd., with Li Ziqi serving as the legal representative and holding 49%; Hangzhou Weinian held 51%, becoming the majority shareholder of "Ziqi Culture."

And this Hangzhou Weinian is the company of Liu Tongming, known as Li Ziqi's "patron." He recognized her potential early on when she started releasing short videos, and they began their collaboration in the month and year.

The "Li Ziqi" brand gained fame through the high traffic of short videos, and subsequently launched products such as lotus root starch and snail noodles that became popular online.

There are reports that the actual operation of the "Li Ziqi" brand is not controlled by "Ziqi Culture," which is owned by Li Ziqi, but by its major shareholder, Hangzhou Weinian. Taking the wildly popular Li Ziqi Liuzhou Luosifen as an example, the packaging clearly states that the product is entrusted by Hangzhou Weinian, not "Ziqi Culture."

However, the content updates of Li Ziqi's channel are led by Li Ziqi herself, with a filming team of less than four people.

There have been insiders who revealed that Li Ziqi's income is roughly divided into two parts. Overseas, it mainly comes from video websites. As of now, Li Ziqi's channel has tens of thousands of subscribers, with the last video alone garnering over a million views. The revenue from in-video advertisements is expected to be quite substantial; while domestically, it primarily consists of e-commerce related income.

In the month of the year, Ziqi Culture filed a lawsuit against Hangzhou Weinian and Liu Tongming. Until the date of the year, Hangzhou Weinian announced that a settlement had been reached with Li Ziqi.

Subsequently, Sichuan Ziqi Culture Communication Co., Ltd. underwent several industrial and commercial changes. According to Tianyancha information, as of now, Hangzhou Weinian has withdrawn from the shareholder ranks. The legal representative, executive director, and major shareholder of the company are all Li Ziqi, holding % of the shares, with the remaining % held by Pu Qianyun.

After the lawsuit controversy settled down, Li Ziqi did not immediately resume updates as the public had expected. Instead, she only occasionally appeared in some public welfare activities through video participation.
