13日，惠州市消防支队发布情况通报称，2024年11月12日凌晨2时左右，惠州大亚湾石化区中海壳牌二期生产工艺发生波动，企业采取紧急停车、排放到火炬燃烧的工艺处置措施，No fire incidents occurred, and no casualties were reported.

It is reported that clouds are composed of countless small droplets, and smog also contains a large number of small droplets and tiny particles in the air.
