Secondly, we will strengthen new foreign trade drivers, promote the development of cross-border e-commerce, and advance the construction of overseas smart logistics platforms. We will support regions with the necessary conditions to explore the establishment of cross-border e-commerce service platforms, providing enterprises with services such as overseas legal and tax resource connection. Thirdly, we will enhance service and support for foreign trade enterprises, promote the innovative development of green trade, border trade, and bonded repair, support the entry of business personnel from key trading partners into China, encourage foreign trade enterprises to strengthen strategic cooperation with shipping companies, and improve employment services for foreign trade enterprises.
