11月12日，国家卫生健康委医药卫生科技发展研究中心发布通报，对评审专家不良行为作出处理。
通报称，科技发展中心于2024年6月18日至7月25日组织开展癌症、心脑血管、呼吸和代谢性疾病防治研究国家科技重大专项立项评审，共组织728名专家使用多场景视频系统完成评审工作。In this process, the majority of experts were able to fulfill their duties, completing the review tasks objectively and impartially, while some experts exhibited poor behavior in terms of responsibility and discipline.
按照《科学技术活动违规行为处理暂行规定》《国家卫生健康委医药卫生科技发展研究中心中央财政科技计划（专项、基金等）项目（课题）评审专家不良行为管理办法》等有关规定，经研究审定，

确定6位专家存在的长时间迟到且编造不实理由，多次长时间离线、离席、关闭摄像头或未在独立封闭空间评审等行为构成严重不良行为，The handling of "not being invited to participate in project (topic) management activities undertaken by the Science and Technology Development Center for the remainder of the year" is imposed.

确定13位专家存在的长时间迟到、拍摄会议材料等行为构成一般不良行为，Handle with "notification within a certain scope."
相关处理结果已告知专家本人，并纳入科技发展中心专家不良行为清单。
通报称，科技发展中心将持续对评审过程中存在不良行为的专家进行严肃处理，请广大评审专家自觉践行新时代科学家精神，坚持良好的学风作风，恪守科学道德准则，强化责任担当，共同维护公平公正的评审环境和风清气正的创新生态。
