On the date, the People's Procuratorate of Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, legally approved the arrest of the suspect Fan in the Zhuhai "X" car crash case, who was suspected of endangering public safety by dangerous means, upon the request for arrest approval submitted by the Public Security Bureau of Zhuhai City.
