At the 15th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, Squad Leader Qi unexpectedly ran into his old friend Cheng Qiang! Now, as an airborne soldier, he often completes missions with the Y-20, but this time, he viewed the "Fat Girl" from a different perspective.

Cheng Qiang, a paratrooper, attended his first airshow to watch a flight demonstration. Cheng Qiang, a platoon leader from the "Model Paratrooper Company" of the Airborne Corps, experienced his first visit to the China Airshow this year, witnessing the flight demonstration of the Y-20 aerial refueling aircraft, and exclaimed "amazing." He also boarded the Y-20 for a visit. "In fact, we have a lot of contact with the Y-20, I am very familiar with this aircraft, and have participated in many missions with it, but I still felt emotional. The feedback from the audience at the airshow filled me with pride!"

Cheng Qiang also introduced the advanced airdrop technology at the site. "The superb skills of the pilots, along with the technological advancements in parachutes, now enable precise and targeted delivery of personnel, armored vehicles, and more." When asked by the reporter from the central broadcasting station if he looked forward to riding in a better domestically produced large transport aircraft in the future, Cheng Qiang replied with a smile, "I look forward to it very much. I believe our country and military will create such opportunities!"

Facing severe challenges, he charges forward without hesitation! At the age of 12, Cheng Qiang experienced the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. When expressing gratitude to the rescue troops, he held up a banner that read, "When I grow up, I will become an airborne soldier." Later, Cheng Qiang joined the military, arrived at the unit where Huang Jiguang had served, and fulfilled his dream of becoming an airborne soldier, even marching in a military parade. This year marks the 10th year of Cheng Qiang's service as an airborne soldier, and he has always been steadfast in his choice. "As a soldier, especially an airborne soldier, when faced with severe challenges, one charges forward without hesitation."
