Iranian envoy visits Lebanon

Senior advisor to Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Larijani arrived in Lebanon to hold talks with Prime Minister of the caretaker government Najib Mikati, Speaker of the Lebanese National Assembly Nabih Berri, and other high-ranking officials regarding the Israel-Lebanon conflict and regional situation.

According to the Islamic Republic News Agency of Iran, Larijani stated that his visit to Lebanon aims to support the country and emphasized that Iran "does not want to disrupt the situation, but rather to solve the problems."
