On [Month] [Day], the Jiangsu Metallurgical Industry Association and the Jiangsu Society for Metals convened the annual appraisal meeting for new products and technologies of Nanjing Iron and Steel (Nangang). After evaluation by a committee of industry experts, several of Nangang's new products and technologies were recognized as achieving "international leading level" or "international advanced level."

Chen Jianhua, President of the Jiangsu Metallurgical Industry Association and Executive Vice Chairman of the Provincial Metals Society, presided over the appraisal meeting. Zhu Ruirong, President of Nanjing Iron and Steel, and Qiao Mingliang, Vice President, were in attendance.

Chen Jianhua pointed out that technological innovation is the driving force for the development of enterprises and an important cornerstone for achieving healthy and sustainable development. As a "National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise," a "National Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise (Double Champion)," and a recipient of the "China Industry Award," Nanjing Iron and Steel has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award six times, the Special Prize of the Metallurgical Science and Technology Award twice, and has been consistently recognized as a +-level enterprise (the highest level) in the comprehensive competitiveness of China's steel enterprises for consecutive years. Nanjing Iron and Steel has always adhered to innovation-driven development and comprehensive planning, setting a good example in the industry. It is expected that under the evaluation and guidance of experts, Nanjing Iron and Steel's world-class product (technology) matrix will further expand and upgrade.

Zhu Ruirong warmly welcomes the experts and leaders from the Provincial Metallurgical Industry Association and the Provincial Metal Society, and expresses heartfelt gratitude for their long-term care, support, and affection for Nangang.
