缅甸国家管理委员会新闻信息组表示，当地时间20日上午，缅方在泰国湄索地区移交200名来自妙瓦底电诈园区的中国籍人员。
根据相关人员供词及初步调查，其中**多数人员被迫参与了电诈、网赌等违法犯罪行为。**缅甸政府表示，将积极配合周边邻国开展联合行动，严厉打击妙瓦底电诈园区电诈、网赌等违法行为，有序开展非法入境人员遣返移交工作。

20日上午，一架中方包机降落在泰缅边境泰国一侧的湄索机场，接回从缅甸诈骗园区被遣返的中国籍人员。首批被遣返人员登机后，中方第一架包机已飞离机场。
