Wang Xueping resigned as chief accountant of China Coal Xinji Energy Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Xinji Energy").

新集能源发布公告称,4月9日,公司董事会收到总会计师王雪萍先生的书面辞职报告,Mr. Wang Xueping applied to resign as chief accountant of the company due to job adjustment reasons 。辞职后,王雪萍先生不再担任公司其它职务。

According to official website information, Xinji Energy is a large-scale energy enterprise controlled by China Coal Group and simultaneously developed coal, electricity and new energy sources. It is also one of the four major coal companies in Anhui Province. The company was developed and constructed in December 1989. It was originally a local coal mining enterprise in Huainan City. In 1994, it was transferred to the State Development and Investment Corporation, transforming from a local enterprise to a central enterprise. In December 2007, the company's A shares were successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In September 2016, the company was transferred to China Coal Group for management.

As of the end of 2022, the company's total assets were 32.9 billion yuan, and the total number of employees in the company and entrusted enterprises was 18348. The total coal resource reserves in the company's Kuangqu are 10.16 billion tons, and the remaining resource reserves are 8.9 billion tons as of the end of 2022.
