the meeting voted to pass:

  • Resolution on the Government Work Report

  • Newly revised Organic Law of the State Council

  • Resolution on the implementation of the 2023 National Economic and Social Development Plan and the 2024 National Economic and Social Development Plan, approving the 2024 National Economic and Social Development Plan

  • Resolution on the implementation of the central and local budgets in 2023 and the central and local budgets in 2024, approving the 2024 central budget

  • Resolution on the Work Report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress

  • Resolution on the Work Report of the Supreme People's Court

  • Resolution on the Work Report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate
