1. Bachelor's degree or master's degree, and priority will be given to those who have studied majors related to job needs;

2. Have solid writing skills and writing skills, master new media operation skills, and be good at communication and teamwork;

3. Be familiar with the content editing requirements and communication rules of new media platforms such as the operation and release of Weixin Official Accounts, and have strong title and manuscript editing and production capabilities;

4. Short Video platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu, master video production, editing, data collection and analysis, and be proficient in using new media tools and software are preferred.

1. Independent completion of excerpts and compilations of newspaper abstracts;

2. Independently complete the background editing, production and release of new media manuscripts before release;

3. Independently edit various manuscripts, make titles and complete editorial work of newspapers and periodicals;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by the newspaper.

6. Others

1. The internship lasts for at least three months, and the working hours per week are no less than three days. Priority is given to those with longer internship hours and full-time interns.

2. Internship subsidy is 120 yuan/day.
