After learning the "regulations on Communist Party of China's Inspection work" chapter by chapter, Dai Houliang stressed that since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to inspection work and regarded inspection as a strategic institutional arrangement for promoting the party's self-revolution and administering the party strictly in an all-round way. This revision of the regulations on Communist Party of China's Inspection work has further improved the system, mechanism and responsibility system of inspection work, and is of great significance for upholding and strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the party Central Committee over inspection work and promoting the high-quality development of inspection work; for the first time, it has made clear provisions on the inspection work carried out by central management enterprises, which provides an important compliance for us to deepen the internal inspection work. With regard to the in-depth implementation of the Company Law of the people's Republic of China, Dai Houliang stressed that the formulation and revision of the Company Law is of great significance for establishing and improving the modern enterprise system and promoting the sustained and healthy development of the socialist market economy. The revision of the Company Law has many contents, wide scope, and great intensity, which is closely related to group corporate governance, reform and development. It is necessary to further do a good job in study and publicity, follow up supporting policies, optimize and improve the institutional mechanisms involved in business, and do a good job in the implementation of various regulations. It is necessary to further strengthen the construction of the corporate governance structure and mechanism, continuously improve the decision-making mechanism of the organic unity of the gatekeeper orientation of the party group (party committee) and the decision-making of the board of directors in accordance with the law, study and optimize the corporate governance structure and the distribution of functions and powers at all levels of the subsidiary enterprises of the group, and strengthen the performance management of Dong Jian Gao.
