In the eyes of these rural "artists", the unique charm of "Village Art" lies in its cleverly closely combining the two seemingly distant concepts of "countryside" and "art", allowing farmers to use art. Express the emotions in their hearts and show the scenery in their eyes.

"Cultural power" takes root and grows in rural areas:In order to better carry out "Village Art", the Boluo County Federation of Literary and Art Circles, in conjunction with relevant departments of the county government, provides instructors for exhibitors in each town, and all villagers who want to participate in the competition can receive free guidance. Xutian Village is located in the "Huanluofu Mountain" rural revitalization demonstration belt. The demonstration belt covers 111 villager groups in 3 towns and 9 villages. The total belt length is 26 kilometers and radiates a total rural population of 22,100. Since the start of construction in July 2021, the construction of the "Huanluofu Mountain" rural revitalization demonstration belt has relied on profound historical and cultural heritage and rich natural resources, and has fully tapped the advantageous resources such as culture, history, cultural customs, and characteristic industries of each village in the demonstration belt. Let each village have its own beauty and achieve the same beauty. In October of the same year, Taikang Home Luofushan Management Company actively invested in the construction of the Futian section of the "RoundLuofushan" Rural Revitalization Demonstration Belt.

In October 2023, Taikang Health Investment Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Xutian Village to operate the cultural tourism project through leasing the platform of the Town Public Resource Trading Center, and developed the overall renovation of the ancient village "Five Jingkui" and the "Village Art" cultural tourism project. To create an ancient village group that integrates cultural display, promotion and experience, 6 million yuan has been invested so far, which will increase the village collective economic income by about 150,000 yuan every year.

Although Xutian Village is not large, it is a banner for Lingnan to drive comprehensive rural revitalization through cultural revitalization.:Futian Town insists on leveraging rural revitalization through industrial prosperity. Xutian Village focuses on developing residential and leisure industry projects, and Aoling Village focuses on developing commercial and agricultural tourism industry projects...
