On a certain date, the Jiangyan Qintong Boat Meeting in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, opened at the Qinhu National Wetland Park in Jiangyan District. Hundreds of boats of various types and tens of thousands of boat race participants gathered at Qinhu Lake. They vigorously rowed their oars, competing fiercely, presenting a spectacular scene of "thousands of oars stirring Qinhu Lake, hundreds of boats racing against the spring tide," and showcasing a time-honored folk painting. The Qintong Boat Meeting, which has been passed down since the Southern Song Dynasty, has a history of several hundred years and is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.
