Recently, Officer Hui Fuzhen from Mangka Border Police Station in Lincang, Yunnan, presented two framed photographs to Peng Guozhong, the brother of Peng Liujun. Upon seeing the photos of his late parents, Peng Guozhong repeatedly said, "They look just like them, they look just like them." This marked the first time the family had photographs of their parents.

The story began on a certain day. That afternoon, after completing his household registration business at the border police station, Peng Liujun, the younger brother, made a request to the police officer: "My parents passed away early, and back then there were no mobile phones, so there are no photos of them at home..." Officer Hui Fuzhen immediately understood Peng Liujun's expectation: "You want photos, right?" "Yes, could you check?" The officer found photos of his parents in the household registration system. She copied the two blurry photos and, during her vacation, traveled to multiple places to find a photo studio to restore the photos of Peng Liujun's parents.

After the photo was restored, Huifuzhen wrapped the frame and, together with her colleagues, delivered the photo to Peng Liujun's home in Lincang. However, Peng Liujun had already left for another province at that time.
