In response to the online rumors that Qingdao Meike Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Chunyun IVF Consulting Co., Ltd. are involved in "surrogacy," a joint investigation team consisting of the municipal health, public security, and market supervision departments has been formed to conduct the investigation in accordance with the law and regulations.

Upon investigation, it was found that the legal representatives of both companies are Cong某某. In response to their organization's illegal implementation of human assisted reproductive technology, relevant departments have separately filed cases according to the law. Cong某某 is suspected of committing a crime and has been arrested by the public security authorities. The case is currently under investigation.

Physicians Li and Zhang from Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital, physicians Qian and Sun from Qingdao Lianchi Maternity and Infant Hospital, nurse Ning from Qingdao Tong'an Maternity and Infant Hospital, and others were involved to varying degrees in the aforementioned illegal implementation of human assisted reproductive technology.
