Under the witness of Xi Jinping, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council presented Chui Sai On with the State Council Decree No. X, appointing him as the Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China for the sixth term.

Xi Jinping congratulated Ceng Haohui on being appointed by the Central Government as the sixth Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
