据江西省纪委监委网站3日消息，经中共江西省委批准，The Jiangxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has filed a case for review and investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of Mao Qi, the former Secretary of the Wan Nian County Party Committee of Shangrao City.

经查，毛奇身为党员领导干部，Losing ideals and convictions, abandoning the original aspirations and mission, being disloyal and insincere to the Party, engaging in double-dealing and being a hypocrite.；违反中央八项规定精神，接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请、旅游活动安排；违反组织纪律，在组织函询时不如实说明问题，在干部人事工作中违规为他人谋取利益；违反廉洁纪律，搞权权交易，违规收受礼品礼金；**违反生活纪律，与他人发生不正当性关系；**大搞权钱交易，利用职务便利为他人在工程承揽、资金拨付等方面谋利，并非法收受巨额财物。
毛奇严重违反党的政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律、生活纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣，严重损害党员干部队伍形象，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等相关规定，**经江西省纪委常委会会议研究并报江西省委批准，决定给予毛奇开除党籍处分；****由江西省监委给予其开除公职处分；**收缴其违纪违法所得；终止其江西省第十五次党代会代表、上饶市第五次党代会代表、万年县第十四次党代会代表资格；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。

2023年6月，江西省纪委监委信访室收到群众实名检举李佩霞的信访件，**反映李佩霞任万年县上坊乡党委书记期间，存在虚列经费、违规做假账、违规插手工程等问题，**省纪委监委根据信访举报处理的有关规定，将信访件转万年县纪委监委处理。2023年7月，万年县纪委监委对反映李佩霞的上述问题开展初核。2024年4月，在开展群众身边不正之风和腐败问题集中整治的过程中，省纪委监委对全省信访件进行梳理，发现信访反映李佩霞的问题较为突出，将其作为省级督办件，要求上饶市纪委监委加强跟踪督办。在上饶市纪委监委的督办下，万年县纪委监委进一步开展核查工作。
根据核查情况，5月26日，万年县纪委监委在报经上饶市纪委监委和万年县委批准后，对李佩霞采取留置措施，并于24小时内将留置通知书送达李佩霞家属。6月17日，上饶市纪委监委向社会发布了李佩霞涉嫌严重违纪违法、接受万年县纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查消息。在对李佩霞立案留置后，上饶市纪委监委派干部全程参与该案查办工作。8月16日，李佩霞案件办结。
经查，李佩霞违反党的政治纪律、中央八项规定精神、组织纪律、廉洁纪律、群众纪律和生活纪律，利用职务便利，为他人在工程项目承揽、工程款拨付等方面谋利，并非法收受财物，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，After following the proper procedures for approval, Li Peixia has been expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office.
