On a certain date, the Symposium on Key Enterprises in the Field of Construction Steel, hosted by the China Iron and Steel Association, was held in Qingdao, Shandong. Representatives from 100 units across the upstream and downstream of the steel structure construction industry chain discussed hot topics related to the transformation, quality improvement, production, research and development, promotion, and application of steel used in the construction sector. Zhang Linfeng, Director of the Planning and Development Department of the Steel Association, Zhu Guangxia, Vice President of MCC Group, Shi Jie, Deputy General Manager of Digital Marketing at Ouyeyunshang, Xu Yinhe, Director of the Market Department at Metallurgical Industry Press, and Zhang Zhaoxiang, Project Manager at Baosteel Construction Technology, introduced the work done to promote the coordinated development of the entire steel structure construction industry chain. In his speech, Xian summarized the work the Steel Association has carried out since the beginning of the year to promote the coordinated development of the steel structure building industry chain, introduced the next steps and deployment of work, and emphasized that steel enterprises and metallurgical construction companies with the necessary conditions can actively and proactively strengthen communication, exchange, and cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises in the steel structure building industry chain, working together to form a cooperative relationship that is synergistic, complementary in strengths, mutually beneficial, and win-win, effectively reducing costs, enhancing quality and efficiency, and making positive contributions to the accelerated development of the steel structure building industry. He stated that the Steel Association will continue to play the role of a bridge and link connecting the government and enterprises, assisting the high-quality development of steel enterprises in the construction sector.

After discussions and exchanges, the representatives of the participating enterprises reached the following consensus: firstly, the steel structure construction industry will experience rapid development opportunities. Secondly, the relevant standards for steel structures must be accelerated and optimized. Thirdly, issues such as the cost of steel structure buildings and welding problems need to be further addressed. Fourthly, the channels for communication between upstream and downstream should be streamlined, reducing intermediate links in the supply chain, and facilitating direct connection between suppliers and demanders.

It is reported that the symposium, a special seminar on construction steel held by the Steel Association, received unanimous praise from participating enterprises and played a positive role in promoting the coordinated development of the entire industrial chain of steel structure construction. During the meeting, Xia Nong and his team visited the production site of Qingdao Special Steel on a certain date for research, held discussions with the company's management, and delved into the enterprises' opinions and suggestions on key industry tasks such as capacity governance, output control, capacity replacement, promoting joint restructuring, international development, steel market applications, and downstream expansion.

The event kicked off with the dance performance "Beautiful Hometown in the Fields." The attendees watched a video showcasing the achievements of the Zhongtian Steel Golden Great Farm. As a significant agricultural project in Jiangsu Province's rural areas, the Zhongtian Steel Golden Great Farm project is invested by Zhongtian Steel and represents the first agricultural project in Jintan District with a single social capital investment exceeding 100 million yuan. The project covers an area of square kilometers, involving the villages of Huangjin, Longxi, and Tangwang in Zhulin Town. It plans to construct approximately 10,000 acres of high-standard grain planting bases, a hundred-acre standardized aquaculture demonstration base, a regional circular agriculture demonstration base, and will also build modern livable rural housing to a high standard.

The completion of Zhongtian Steel Golden Great Farm will further promote the development of modern agriculture, circular agriculture, and smart agriculture, driving the strengthening of agriculture, the beautification of rural areas, and the enrichment of farmers. Gao Yiping, Vice Chairman and Vice President of the Board of Directors of Zhongtian Steel, and Chairman of Changzhou Zhongtian Golden Village Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., introduced in his speech that in the month, the Zhongtian Steel Golden Great Farm project was officially launched. The project plans to build a 10,000-mu ecological demonstration farm that integrates agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline production, and fishery, aiming to create a "Jiangsu demonstration, first-class nationwide" highlight of efficient agriculture and a model of rural revitalization. Currently, various sub-projects of the Zhongtian Steel Golden Great Farm are in full swing. The core area relocation and land compensation projects are nearly complete, over 80% of the work on livable rural housing has been finished, and delivery is expected before New Year's Day.

On-site, Dong Caiping, Chairman of the Board, President, and Party Secretary of Zhongtian Steel, announced the commencement of the construction of the Zhongtian Steel Party Building Education Base and the Zhongtian Steel Golden Big Farm Production Service Center project. The project covers an area of . acres and has a construction area of square meters. Upon completion, it will operate under the model of "Party Building Leading, Village-Enterprise Cooperation," providing more technical training, joint agricultural services, and aiming to become another "red landmark" in Jintan District.

On-site, a series of rural and agricultural cooperation project signing ceremonies were held. The Jin Tan District Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau signed a strategic cooperation agreement with PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited Jin Tan Branch, Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance Company of China Jin Tan Branch signed a cooperation agreement with the Jin Tan Agricultural Products Outbound Operation Center, Changzhou Suhe Agricultural Service Co., Ltd. signed a socialized agricultural service cooperation agreement with Huangjin Village, and Changzhou Zhongtian Huangjin Village Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. signed a service cooperation agreement with Huangjin Village. Jiangsu University's School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Jin Tan Power Supply Branch, and Zhulin Town unveiled a joint construction base.

The attending leaders jointly pressed the button to launch the Harvest Season of the Golden Farm of Zhongtian Steel and the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of high-standard farmland.
