In the China market brimming with opportunities, embracing green concepts and developing "green manufacturing" have become core elements for enterprises from various countries (regions) to enhance their market competitiveness. At the 7th China International Import Expo, the element of "low carbon" was particularly evident, with a concentrated display of representative new products, technologies, and services, many of which focused on environmental protection, energy conservation, and sustainable development. Moving forward with a focus on green development, foreign-invested enterprises in China, together with their partners, are continuously driving progress in related fields, contributing to the comprehensive green transformation of China's economic and social development.

Green carbon-friendly new products are launching in abundance. New technologies include the innovative magnetic levitation oil-free compressor, frequency converters specifically designed for the green shipping industry, high-speed high-pressure plunger pumps, permanent magnet synchronous reluctance-assisted motors, and waste heat recovery units... At this year's CIIE, Danfoss showcased several star products, drawing the attention of numerous buyers and visitors. Among them, the waste heat recovery unit can help users efficiently recover waste heat from factory air compressors, fresh air ventilation, process cooling, and HVAC systems, serving as a quick and effective assistant for factories to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, and green transformation.

Xu Yang, President of Danfoss China, told reporters: "Green transformation has become an important part of China's top-level national development design, and it aligns closely with Danfoss's business areas. Danfoss has long been optimistic about the business opportunities embedded in China's green development and high-quality development, continuously investing in China to support the green transformation of the Chinese economy."

Danfoss participated in the CIIE for the fifth time. During this CIIE, Danfoss signed five strategic cooperation agreements, covering key areas of green transformation such as smart water services, mining, green buildings, and refrigeration and cold storage. "The CIIE is an ideal platform to showcase our leading green solutions, better understand the Chinese market, and strengthen customer cooperation. We will continue to focus on the development trends and needs in key areas such as energy, buildings, and transportation, listen to the voices of our business partners, and, through stable investment, create products that meet the needs of Chinese customers, thereby accelerating the green transformation of the industry," said Xu Yang.

To support the realization of China's "dual carbon" goals, at this year's CIIE, the traditional Spanish industrial brand (Metso Outotec) showcased its latest achievements in energy transformation, energy conservation and emission reduction, and environmental monitoring. In particular, the series of products and solutions exhibited for the clean energy industry, including seawater measurement, gas measurement, and combustion flare gas measurement, have received high praise from numerous industry professionals.

For the third time participating in the CIIE, during the event, multiple cooperation intentions were reached with several enterprises. Yang Tingting, Director of the Asia-Pacific Market Department, stated, "At the exhibition, we engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions with partners from around the world, gaining a profound understanding of the latest demands and development trends in the Chinese market. This helps our company adjust market strategies, optimize products and services, and meet market needs. We have already signed up for the 8th CIIE, and we are committed to contributing to the green transformation of China's economy."

Actively Practicing Commitments to Sustainable Development At this year's CIIE, the Golden Agri-Resources Group's booth design continues its consistent green tone and features a "Sustainability" zone to showcase green lifestyles and practices. At the group's booth, journalists observed an overall layout complemented by Indonesian-style decor and floral greenery, with each flower and tree presenting a vibrant scene of sustainable development.

Not only is the booth design lush with greenery, but the exhibits are also brimming with green elements. The latest ("Green Oasis") series of multi-functional renewable copy paper products use 100% recycled materials, advanced deinking processes, and renewable energy; the fluorine-free greaseproof food cards maintain ultra-high grease and heat resistance while ensuring that the paper material is 100% free of perfluorinated and polyfluorinated alkyl substances, solidifying the safety barrier for various fast food and food packaging...

This year marks the seventh consecutive year that the Golden Light Group has participated in the China International Import Expo (CIIE). Zhai Jingli, from Golden Light Group (China), stated, "The CIIE has always been a great opportunity for foreign enterprises and overseas Chinese businesses to integrate into the Chinese market. As a 'die-hard fan' and 'regular participant' of the CIIE, we will continue to participate. This is not only a matter of corporate level, but also involves social responsibility and contributions to the global trade environment."

Following the green path, during the China International Import Expo, Sony officially released the "Sony China Sustainability Report." The report continues the high-quality and comprehensive disclosure standards, with a special addition of the Green Products and Packaging section. Additionally, the report is printed for the first time using recycled paper (native mixed material), further reducing the consumption of natural resources. Furthermore, Sony showcased multiple environmentally friendly materials and technologies at the event, including recycled plastics and porous carbon materials.

Sony (China) Co., Ltd. Vice President Jin Yanmin stated that, over the years, Sony's efforts in the field have been widely recognized, earning numerous important awards and ratings. Sony will continue to commit to connecting people through emotion, working hand in hand with dreamers to create a sustainable society.

Additionally, at the "Commitment Beyond" exhibition of Volkswagen Group, journalists observed that the group showcased its understanding of sustainable development in a digital format. "For the Year of Rootedness in China, Volkswagen Group has always considered itself an integral part of Chinese society, actively taking on and fulfilling social responsibilities," said Dr. Ralf Brandstätter, Chairman and CEO of Volkswagen Group (China). By the year, the group will offer over pure electric models in China. Meanwhile, the group will also drive the transformation of its strong lineup of fuel vehicles towards new energy, making products more environmentally friendly and efficient.

China aims to achieve positive progress in the green transformation of key areas, the formation of green production and lifestyle, and significant results in the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development by the year. With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development, more green products and low-carbon technologies will shine at the CIIE, injecting new momentum into promoting green transformation.
