On a certain date, the first supply chain ecosystem conference of Ansteel Group was held in Shenyang, Liaoning. Wang Libo, member of the Leading Party Group and Vice Governor of the People's Government of Liaoning Province, Jiang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Iron and Steel Association, and Li Zhen, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ansteel Group, attended the conference and delivered speeches.

Wang Libo stated that as a large central enterprise in Liaoning, Ansteel Group plays a significant role in adjusting the economic structure and stabilizing growth in Liaoning Province and even the entire Northeast region. It holds a pivotal position in the overall economic development of Liaoning Province, highlighting the social responsibilities of the Party Committee of central enterprises. Liaoning Province has established a joint task force with Ansteel to further deepen cooperation with Ansteel, regularly conduct meetings and communication, regularly monitor the progress of transformation, and list-based address major issues. Liaoning will continue to strengthen the coordinated development of the industrial chain and supply chain, enhance policy guidance and support, create a favorable industrial ecosystem, promote close cooperation among upstream and downstream enterprises, and form industrial cluster effects. It is hoped that the China Iron and Steel Association, participating enterprises, and suppliers will work closely with Liaoning, face market changes together, achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes, and jointly create a bright future for China's steel industry.

Jiang Wei stated that the steel industry has a long industrial chain, numerous upstream and downstream partners, and strong driving effects, where one suffers and all suffer, and one prospers and all prosper. Currently, there is a lack of effective cooperation mechanisms between steel enterprises and upstream and downstream industrial research institutions. Whether it is with upstream mineral, coal, and coke suppliers, digital suppliers, energy-saving and environmental protection equipment enterprises, or downstream steel-using industries, the joint research and development, and the construction of a collaborative innovation system are still incomplete. Fragmented and sporadic cooperation leads to high costs across the supply chain, and there is potential for efficiency improvements in the supply chain. Jiang Wei pointed out that at present, the steel industry is characterized by "reducing quantity development and optimizing existing capacity," and strengthening the construction of the supply chain ecosystem during the downturn cycle is imperative and promising. He put forward four suggestions for promoting the joint construction of a safe, efficient, cooperative, win-win, and sustainable steel supply chain and industrial chain ecosystem: first, to build a long-term, stable, and efficient supply chain; second, to strengthen technological innovation collaboration; third, to promote green and low-carbon development; and fourth, to create mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation models.
